Information we collect
When you fill out a form or survey, purchase a service, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the answers you give in our intake surveys. When you purchase, payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number. Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through standard analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the services you purchased (including building and operating your AI agent systems), to communicate with you about your account and services by email and text message, to provide customer support, and to send occasional marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you consented to.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms or checkout, you agree to receive text messages from McKay Media Co related to your services (such as approval texts, scheduling, and account notifications) and, where you have separately consented, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your services... we'll use email instead.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers required to operate our business: our CRM and automation platform, our payment processor, our email and SMS delivery providers, and our AI processing providers, each only to the extent needed to deliver your services. We do not sell your personal information. If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation.
Your client data
If you're a McKay Media Co client, the systems we build are installed into your own accounts. Your contact lists, your emails, and your customer data belong to you... permanently. We access them only to build, maintain, and support your systems.
Data retention and your rights
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure platforms, encrypted connections, and restricted access limited to those who need it to deliver your services.
